Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Bluerock Consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services
Bluerock Consultancy provides B2B marketing services, including but not limited to strategic planning, digital marketing, and revenue growth solutions. The specific services will be outlined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems or data required for service delivery.

Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and content created by Bluerock Consultancy remain the property of Bluerock Consultancy unless otherwise specified in writing.

Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and expect clients to do the same for any proprietary information shared by Bluerock Consultancy.

Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees and schedules, will be specified in individual client agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability
Bluerock Consultancy’s liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Any outstanding fees will become immediately due upon termination.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Changes to Terms
Bluerock Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
