Who We Are

Bluerock Bespoke Consultancy Limited ("we", "us", "our") is a B2B marketing consultancy registered in Ireland (Company Reg: 778230). Our registered address is Fanore, Co Clare, Ireland, H91C3HH. What Personal Data We Collect

• Consultation bookings: when you book a call through our booking calendar we receive your name, email address and any notes or answers you add to the booking form, together with the date and time of the meeting.
• Contact form and newsletter: name, email address, company name, phone number (optional) and your message content.
• Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics 4 only where you have given consent.
• Cookies: essential cookies for site functionality, and analytics cookies where you consent.

Why We Collect It

• To schedule, hold and follow up on the consultation you requested.
• To answer enquiries and provide the services you ask us about.
• To send you the resources or newsletter you signed up for, where you asked for them.
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent: analytics cookies, newsletter emails and marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest: responding to a booking request or enquiry you started, and ordinary business correspondence.
• Contract: where we are delivering services to you.
• Legal obligation: retaining records we are required by law to keep.

Booking Calendar and Third Parties

Our "book a call" links open Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling, provided by Google Ireland Limited. The name, email address and booking notes you enter are processed by Google on our behalf and appear in our Google Workspace calendar and email. Google's own privacy notice applies to its handling of that data.

The other third parties involved in handling personal data are Google Workspace for calendar and email hosting, Google Analytics 4 for website usage measurement with your consent, EmailJS for delivery of contact form and newsletter submissions, and our website hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How Long We Keep It

• Booking and enquiry details: kept for as long as needed to hold the meeting and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards.
• Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Client records: kept for the length of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards to meet Irish tax and accounting requirements.
• Analytics data: retained for 14 months, the Google Analytics default.

Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies for Google Analytics 4 are only set after you consent through our cookie banner. The measurement ID used is G-5NDN5B8H3N. You can withdraw consent by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

Your Rights Under GDPR

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased where there is no continuing reason to keep it.
• Restrict or object to how we process your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Security

Personal data is held in access-controlled business accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. Access is limited to people who need it to deliver our services.
